What are your I AM statements?
Most of us are not aware how often we say them. They sound like. I can't do it. I am not good enough. I am amazing. I am beautiful. I can do anything!
If you are not aware that you say these become aware because they are stopping you from achieving the goals you set.
Your I AM's you say are your beliefs you have about yourself. Those beliefs drive your behaviors/actions. Your behaviors/actions drive your results.
If those statements are so crucial wouldn't it benefit you if you were intentional with them?
